Thorough inspection before payment: Customers are allowed to thoroughly check the product for quantity, quality, color, size, etc., before making payment.
TMK Inspection Process
To ensure customer rights, the inspection process at TMK is carried out seriously and professionally, including the following steps:
- External Inspection: Check packaging, labels, and technical specifications to ensure they match the invoice details.
- Quantity Inspection: Verify that the number of products matches the order.
- Quality Inspection: Examine technical details and product functions to ensure stable operation.
- Accessory Inspection: Ensure that all accompanying accessories are complete and correct.
Return and Recall Policy for TMK Network Cabinets
1. Exchange of Network Cabinets/Rack Cabinets Not Due to Seller’s Fault
The Buyer will be responsible for the following fees:
1.1 Delivery and Recall Fees for Delivered TMK Cabinets
- Delivery fee from TMK warehouse to inner-city addresses in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi:
- Cabinets from 20U800 to 42U1000: Average 300,000 VND per delivery & recall.
- Cabinets from 15U600 to 20U600: Average 200,000 VND per delivery & recall.
- Cabinets 12U or smaller: Average 100,000 - 150,000 VND per delivery & recall.
1.2 Handling Fees for Delivered TMK Cabinets
- 10% of the cabinet’s value (if the cabinet remains intact, without scratches or dents).
- 20-30% of the cabinet’s value (depending on damage: paint peeling down to the metal layer, dents).
- If the cabinet is severely damaged and cannot be repaired, TMK will not support recalls.
All the above fees apply to cabinets that have been delivered but are not in use within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt. After this period, returns will be subject to the conditions outlined in Section 2 below.
