TMK Rack Network Cabinet Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Service Hours
- Warranty service is available Monday to Saturday from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
2. Warranty Period
- The warranty duration for each product is clearly stated on the website and will be confirmed by TMK Rack sales representatives.
- TMK Rack cabinets are covered by a 1-year warranty.
- For products distributed by TMK Rack from other brands, the warranty will follow the official manufacturer’s policy.
3. Warranty Conditions
Warranty applies if:
- The product has a manufacturer defect.
- The product is still within the valid warranty period.
- The product is brought to the service center along with the warranty card.
4. Cases Not Covered by Warranty
Warranty will be denied in the following cases:
- The product was installed or used improperly contrary to the provided guidelines.
- The product was damaged due to incorrect power connections or use with incompatible accessories.
- The product suffered damage due to accidents, natural disasters, fire, rust, environmental conditions, liquid exposure, or improper storage.
